Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. It is reserved especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or to reschedule your appointment. Clients with late cancellations will lose their non refundable booking fee(deposit) and/or will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No show/no call for an appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment. Clients who have payed a booking fee and cancel more than 48 hours in advanced will have their booking fee applied to their future service. Cancel or reschedule with Less than 48 hours notice you will loose your deposit.
Appointments are required and we encourage you to pre-book your next appointment upon checkout.
Clients have a 15 min window to arrive late to their appointment. More than 15 minutes will result on a full charge of the service fee and client will have to reschedule their appointment.
